On March 21, a telephone conversation took place between the ministers of foreign affairs of Kyrgyzstan and India. During the conversation, Chingiz Aidarbekov and Sushma Swaraj discussed topical issues of bilateral cooperation, as well as upcoming events like the SCO and Ministerial Council of the SCO. Special emphasis was placed on the preparation of the visit of the Prime Minister of India to the Kyrgyz Republic in June of this year.

The both sides stressed the importance of a mutual focus on strengthening and developing the traditionally friendly relations between the two countries and active cooperation in the implementation of the upcoming joint events.
